At my current library, the only teen program we offer is a volunteer program teaching teens leadership. They volunteer for shifts throughout a programming session and help support our school-age and special event programs. However, on occasion we do have a party for the teens to celebrate at the end of each volunteer session.
Even though we do not present regular teen programs, there are still the nitty-gritty details that any librarian has to plan for, or find fixes for, when dealing with volunteers...especially teen volunteers.
